Welcome to the Awareness section of our web site. Awareness raising is a priority area for the Hepatitis C Resource Centre and indeed for many professionals, groups and individuals living with the virus across the UK and overseas. We can only begin to tackle hepatitis C if stigma is reduced so everyone can speak openly to encourage testing. Treatment is available and small steps reduce further risk of infection, these messages are vital.
