Hep C Treatment - Multiple genotypes

Even if you have multiple strains (genotypes) of the Hepatitis C virus you can still have treatment.


You will receive treatment appropriate for the genotype that is more difficult  to treat . In most cases that would mean that you will have the full 12 months treatment and your progress would be checked for both genotypes as treatment proceeds.
